On the isle of Culebra, across from the harbor, this large, clean establishment maintains a full bar and prepares an array of deli-style sandwiches. The cold beer is refreshing and the pool tables make the place lively, especially with the locals. Disco brings in the Saturday-Night-Fever crowd. Weekdays, it's much calmer. The owners, Digna Feliciano and Tomás Ayala, have made a lot of fans on the island.
