This elegant French restaurant recalls Japan's bubble era, when French food was in its heyday. If you're looking for a dining experience with a little pomp thrown in, Mu Teki Ro, with its stained glass windows, beautifully prepared course menu, and lilting piano music is what you are looking for.
On the first floor you have wooden floors, stained glass windows, and tables arranged perfectly so you have a great view of the restaurant. The second floor has a Japanese style tatami arrangement. Mu Teki Ro serves pristinely prepared French cuisine. The second floor of the restaurant is a bit pricier due to the higher quality of the ingredients. The food is not exactly cutting edge French cuisine, but that can be a blessing. A good wine list adds to the enchantment.
