Unless you have a very heavy cold, the first thing you will notice when you walk through the doors of Manma La Jiiya is the pungent aroma of garlic, which is featured in many of the excellent dishes available in this restaurant. If you like garlic, you will love this restaurant and like many others, you will come back again. Why not slot into the mood of the place and start with a crispy garlic pizza. The interior of this restaurant is unique for a restaurant in Japan: it has a second floor with a staircase leading up to it from the middle of the floor. The high ceiling, wooden tables and the garlic and peppers hanging over the counter give it a kind of 'rustic' feel.
